Renaissance Settlement Services

Hi Folks:

I did a search on this company, but didnt get many results of such. Anyone have any opinions and the good bad and the "we wont go there with this company" kinda info? Do they pay on time, faxbacks etc?

Very good company. Pay VERY quickly, right after the loan funds, usually within one week.
They usually request that you fax the HUD, TIL, RTC and Note to both Renaissance and the broker.

A+ Company in my book.
