Request to West Virginia Closers near MD

I am selling a property that we own near Davis, WV (Tucker County/Canaan Valley) in the near future. Just received an offer today that we will likely accept. I want to do a Starker Exchange, and am in need of a referral to a closing title office in the area that can handle Starker Exchanges. We plan to purchase a replacement rental property in MD. I wonder, then, if the title office should hold a license in both states, or if it doesn't matter? I've never done one of these exchanges before. Anyway, I would appreciate all the help I can get. Though I can't offer any title companies by name, to do the exchange, they must be qualified and staffed to do 1031 Exchanges. This website may help you. http://www.realtyexchangers.com/
