Resumes

Ok, so I am brand new here. I am trying to build my business and I have been asked to send a resume for certain businesses. Can anyone give me an idea of what a resume should look like for a certified notary signing agent? Especially since I have only been certified for a month and have only done 2 signings at this time?

I am also interested in how others have determined their fees.

Thank in advance for any help!! It will be GREATLY appreciated!!

Do a google search for a resume builder. There are a ton of free templates out there in internet land. Also, use the orange search button on Notary Rotary. You will find a wealth of knowledge already exists in the archives.

If you don't find what you're looking for, then ask.

I just did one for me and my business and I had to search the internet for examples to see and read information on how to do it. So I suggest you start by searching the internet with "notary resumes" and see what you come up with. Good luck!

Jena click on the orange search button and type in resumes. There's lots of good info. I would just use Word. Do a professional resume. Put any past experience that may be related even if it's just office work. Make sure you include your hours of availability and your coverage area. Also keep it to one page.
