That is a $65 company with e-docs $85 I just did one sign a week ago. Let's seeeee.......

I think it's misleading to say/label what a company's pay rate is based on what you were willing to accept for the job. I've work with Rochelle's company since day one, and my fee have always been more than what Fp_CA posted. Rochelle and her staff are very pleasant to deal with, payment is always on the 15th of the following month. Also, I never once had to invoice her for payment.

I had a call from them about 10 days ago and they wanted to pay $55.00 for a loan signing, I
the scheduler said they were only getting paid $75.00. I turned them down.
