1.) A Notary that doesn't use up valuable learning space; 2.) A Notary that already knows the BASIC answer to this type of question; 3.) A Notary that is available on Saturday nights (like you and I); 4.) A Notary that has no life (again.. you and I) because of significant others; 5.) A Notary that does not use a badge (we don't need no stinkin' badges); 6.) A Notary that knows the difference between a loan and an ant hill

One ..... what leagaly separates Signing services from plan notaries ? A BOND ? some sort of insurance? what do they really offer for the money they make? ANSWER NOTHING
