Soft Signing?
Has anyone heard of a company by that name? They are apparently in CA. They called me last night for a signing tonight and got me out of bed. I hope I heard the name right. I was half asleep when they called. They are supposed to call me back if they can change the time with the borrower. I wasn't available at the time they called me for.

SOX not Soft
Forget that one - it was SOX - I called the number on my caller ID and got their voice mail. They can forget me taking that one unless they deposit the money right into my checking account before the signing. I know that won't happen.

Trust me, I'm not planning on working for them. I assume if they don't find someone another SS will call me. The BO already has the package. I was going to leave a message stating I won't work for them but I'd rather have them call me back and tell it directly to whomever calls me.

Is it my imagination or has several of us misunderstoof who is calling us from SOX? The last time I got a call from them, I thought they said Fox. By the time they called me back to confirm the Time I thought I could do theirs, the doc's for the existing one had been delayed and I couldn't do the SOX one.

Yeah, I fell for it too. Didn't realize they said SOX signing, and took a job from them a few weeks ago. Of course if they were a bit more honest and said their real company name....
Well, never the less, they DID actually pay, and only a little late.
