Still looking for a Rhode Island NSA!

Periodically I get calls asking whether I can go to the Westerly, RI area to do a signing. Because RI law requires Notaries Public to be either registered RI voters or admitted to the RI bar, there is no way I can become a RI notary. I will refer all RI signings to a RI Notary who will reciprocate for CT signings that they cannot do.

I'm not looking for a finder's fee! Just a reciprocal arrangement.
