Technology for the car
Hi folks,
Anyone know of a good isp (preferrably Broadband speed) that I can use while on the road in my car for my laptop? In addition what about a laser all in one printer/fax/copier machine?
Thanks for you insight.
God Bless

I have a verizion air card it works like a cell phone. I can take mine any where. I am now thinking about a printer for the car too.

Verizon
I use the Verizon card in my laptop and get Broadband speeds. We have good coverage in the Cleveland area. You may want to check the verizon coverage maps for wherever you are. I was in Canada last weekend across the river from Detroit & was able to check my email no problem. I carry a used HP 1200 in my car. Got it off Ebay for $100 and it only had 4000 pages use when I bought it.

I use Verizon wireless and tote an HP 1320 and a Samsung all-in-one for those forgotten copies of borrowers ID's. I use my Verizon wireless card off-shore up to two miles. If the cell phone works, so does the wireless broadband.

Seems like I remember hearing something about wireless high speed internet in your vehicle by satellite for $3500. Depending on your needs. If its a must, that may be an option for you. I wanna say there was something on www.lazlow.com about it. If not you may have to google for it.
