TitleStream pays 45-60 days. That's just how it is. You usually have to remind them a couple of times during this time for payment.

Same here - you have to contact Dale Ward in the accounting dept, and then wait another two weeks for the check to arrive. I had two in December that were paid on March 6th (only after faxing letters and calling Dale). Paying in 60+ days, and then only when you call, seems to be how they treat everyone. I wil turn them down if they call again.
