This is nice for a change....

Contacted by Atty's office yesterday for signing today at 5:30. Confirmation, HUD, and junk docs arrived last night. Docs in my inbox this morning at 9:00. No stress, no pulling my hair out, no faxbacks. Yeah! Just complete the task, call to confirm signing is complete and drop docs at FedEx. This is VERY nice for a change.

the only thing that would rain on the parade is Murphy's law...last-minute changes. Hopefully smooth sailing for you, those are rare.

Received overnighted docs (rare thing these days) yesterday for Saturday.

It's so nice to receive docs well in advance of the scheduled signing!

Me too!! Have one this evening. All the docs came in ONE e-mail last night. I love it when things go smooth.
