Top Signing, Inc. Inc. - Stay Away!!!

Just a reminder.....
They are in South America, the Miami address they provide is only a PO box. If they call you for a signing, ask them to give you references of notaries they have worked with and who their clients are. You will see that they give you the run around. They dont have any clients to give to you that they have been working with as they probably don't have any! Their website has typos everywhere and the few people that are there can hardly speak English and are hard to understand. It's hard enough dealing with getting paid by companies that are in the US, imagine trying to collect from a company in S. America where there are NO LAWS to protect you! Too many weird concerns about them....I would stay far away from them. The reason they are calling notaries and telling them whatever they have to is to create a database of notary to rip off!!

No, I will not give them the opportunity to rip me off! Do what you wish with my suggestions of asking them for references of clients and notaries that they work with.

How do you know they are not in America. I was impressed that they had the domain name
" Top Signing" . I cut and paste their websites and Spell Checked it and found no real errors.
I live in N.J. , got a call from them, the caller ID said Florida. They are a signing company, so I send the packages to Title Companies here in America and have gotten paid by Top Signing, with an American Check. I know there are bad companies out there, but I write down my bad experiences. Being from N.J makes you skeptical by nature, Top Signing in my book is a good company, They called me, were nice, gave me notice for a closing, gave me the documents in plenty of time, the borrwers were polite and signed with no problems, I sent it out to the Title company and got paid in under 2 weeks. I feel some Title Companies can learn from them.
