TurboTax, has anyone used it?
I'm using TurboTax for first time and can't figure out how or where to deduct the per signature fees that I've been told are not taxable. Can anyone help with this one? I tried doing a search first with no luck. Thank you!

I have used it for years, and love it. It works hand-in-hand with QuickBooks by transferring all your info onto the correct lines on the tax form.

Re. PCL Drivers, Tina, while you are here ...
You had mentioned in a msg to me last night about Adobe files -- the trick about changing to the PCL5e driver -- but I am not sure how to do that. Is that possible only on HPs? Mine is a DELL.
Thank you.

Hmmm. Not sure if there's a PCL 5e emulated driver for your dell printer.
I'd suggest contacting Dell to see if they can help you with that.

I am using TurboTax
I am using TurboTax now. Make sure that you are using the Premier version for 39.99. Under income where you set up your business which can be under your name or Notary Signing Agent. If you do the walk through, eventually it will take you to where you will itemize your expenses and it will give you a choice of either quick entry or premier guide. Choose premier guide and list your expenses. At the end, it will ask you a question of whether or not some of your business income was earned as a Notary Public. Answer yes. It will then tell you to go under deductions and it will give you a place to enter and the formula to use. You cannot go straight to deductions without answering yes to Notary Public income.

TurboTax Discount
Instead of buying retail with rebates, many banks promote Turbo Tax with discount as much as 50% by using the online version. Nice thing is you don't have to be a bank's customer to get the discount.

I used the Premuim Version of Taxcut...
on the hrblock website. It cost me less than $20 since I utilized it on line instead of paying for the $60+ CD. It asked me specific notary questions. I am sure TurboTax has something similar, but not 100% sure. - Melissa
ps.s - I also won $5 with the scratch and save promotion they offer...so the software was even cheaper.
