World Savings

Has any one closed a 1st for world savings? Is it normal that the DOT is the only notarized doc in the whole package?

Thanks for the insight.

Yes! My very first loan was a World Savings. Thank god, I had some loose ack with me
since they just tells you to attach one.

Yeah I did find one more doc, the Rider also needed an Ack, but that is wonderful.

It was a $50 signing, but since it was my First with a new company I thought I'd give them a try first, glad there is very small fax back and few notary docs. I give these a two thumbs up, Kind of a lot of pagers for the borrowers to fill out their info......but overall not bad. Do you think the $50 fee is that of the Signing Service, or do most Loans through World Savings have lower Notary fees?

Thanks for the Input, Ill add a smile face next to this lender on my list....º¿º

I have done quite a few World Savings, small pakages and only the DOT to notarize. However, I still charge my standard fee. Because they don't pay me more if a particular lender has more pages, I shouldn't recieve a reduced payment for less pages. JMHO

Thanks Brenda I appreciate the input, I do agree and it may very well be the Signing Service whom was setting the $50 fee, I did see they where only getting $125, however I do think I will quote them something closer to my Normal Fees on the next one, and feel them out.

Thank you

Joshua Basil Ca.

I wouldnt take 50.00 dollars for a signing. I have taken that when a lender forgets a document
and they sent me back. But 50.00 dollar for a complete signing? no way. My very first signing was
a World Savings, and I charged 85.00 dollars. I did one this past Feb 28 and the check got here
before the rescission period ended, can you imagine that? And I charged 125.00 dollars.Edocs.

I agree with you Calnotary. The only thing I have accepted $50.00 for is a one page correction, or a doc forgotten by the lender, as well. I do like World Savings, but I do not reduce my fee.

I wonder does World Savings always go through Signing Services?

Is there anyone whom has been contracted by them directly? I was contacted via Notaries Nationwide.

World is contracted with several SS.

Good luck getting paid from Notaries Nationwide. I did a signing for them and they paid me half of my fee with some song and dance about the other half will come when the mortgage company closes out the loan. They do not return phones and are very unprofessional.
