Wow, I really like this board. Thanks everyone for all the great advice you have given and all the hits to my profile page. Thanks Charm_AL for turning me on to that article. There's always something new to learn in this and I am learning a lot everyday as I go. This is a huge deal for me striking out on my own and breaking from the MATRIX if you get what I'm saying, but its worth it if can no longer be owned. Can anyone tell me about other docs. I've heard recently about adoptions? Whats that all about?

Welcome and glad you like the forum...

I recently did a job for a credit repair company, so add that to your list w/ adoptions. Also, try medical affidavits and nursing homes for POA's and general Notarizations.

Is a fee of $100 for a credit repair company too steep? I mean they've got MBNA and (insert politician here) on their side, why not?

I don't think so. The one I did yesterday I charged $75 for 12 pages emailed, 2 Notarizations, travel time (6mi) and shipped back. Good for you! Only you can judge what you are worth.
