??National Document SS??

I read one POSITIVE post about them and one NEGATIVE post. So what's happening NOW with them?

I'll NEVER do another loan for them. The one time I did, the borrower cancelled during the RTC and I never got the $175 the owed. That was 7 months ago. If you call, Andrea says "she'll look into it"

I did a signing for them on Feb. 11 and got my check in a little over 2 weeks. Real straight forward deal. They sent me the docs, I did the signing, sent the docs back, got my check. Not alot of BS phone calls, emails and fax backs. Bottom line... I'd work for them again.

First, read my post #108531 from Saturday. In follow-up to that, the loan docs I received were dated 3/24 (with no prior disclosure to me of this or discussion about it). We closed, on 3/25. with all notarizations and dates filled in as needed on docs with 3/25, the date of actual closing. I e-mailed my invoice to National Document Signing Services, and now I wait to see. But I was not impressed with them. I'd say, however, that you should try it once for yourself!
