Just read an article in the monthly NNA mag..

about it. I am not fond of the NNA but it was a good article about legislation in Pennsylvania that just passed. It also had good info about the future of enotarization. You could check the nna site. You will only use it when the companies require it ie. lenders going to electronic docs. It's kind of in the beginning stages and I'm waiting to see which way the wind blows before I make the investment. I'm also wondering what effect it will have on the TC industry and how they will tie in all these new identity theft laws the feds want to pass.

That is pretty much where I stand on it as well. I read the same article and was also wondering how it will work when the laws seem to change so often. I like to think I'm pretty advanced in the new technology and try to move along with it but sometimes you just have to weight the pros and cons. Especially in this business. Thanks for the input.
