I didnt pass it the first time either.....dont beat yourself up. I bet you'lll pass next time. I dont know about you but when I took it there was alot of info I was tested on that was never touched in the class I took. Its not easy thats for sure. Good luck !!!!!!!!!

real estate classes in FL several years ago. All that info just came floodin back when I took the test. Oh, well I'll get it next time

Did you take the class offered by MLTA? I thought their class was very thorough as far as what was on the test. There was no surprises on the test when I took it.

Now that you know what to expect, you're sure to do much better next time. About 10 years ago I did the Maryland Life and Health Insurance test. It took 3 tries to pass it. Just don't overstudy. I think that is what I did wrong.
