I have been a lurker for a long time but no offense I think Harry is doing a great job, but I just dont understand all of these ot and off subjects, I have learned alot from this forum but these sockpockets and many things that have nothing to do with the business is begining to present a problem. Don't get me wrong Ive learned alot from this board but i'm becoming disa
lutioned with all the drama here, Ive been reading this board for atleast 6months and seems things changed drastally lately, Cali, you pi$$ me off sometimes, but other times you can be right on the money! And for k humphrey he/should be band for what he did to you. How hope I don't get band for this comment. But lets get back to what we are here for. I know alot of ya don't know me, as I've said I have mainly been a lurker but I still take everything in I sure hope things get better

Hey Lurker (aka "G": one by one as to your post:

Yes Harry is doing a great job.
OT topics will remain and will always remain - necessary for the health of the board and the posters.
Sockpuppets are not good, ever. The members will drive them off.
Cali: you either love him or hate him. Pick your poison. Regardless, he's a plus whether or not you agree.

As to your comment "I sure hope things get better" You and everyone here are the ways and means to get things better.

To conclude "G", participate and make it better. A few of us aren't enough - it takes those that lurk and come out and care enough to make this forum a heathy and educational place.

I like all of the useful information I get concerning business. Wouldn't be worth a darn without it. Lots of great and experienced people that are always willing to help and share. And I also like sharing the good jokes, the funny stories, the silly surveys and even being joined together when someone is in need of a prayer or support. G, I think you mistook this board for less than what it is.

It's a strange thing this internet forum thing. Lurking can be a good mode of operation for learning on this particular board. However, if you do lurk and don't post...well, it's kind of like griping about politicians when you don't go vote...the gripes don't hold much water in my book.

Harry (NR) is about the only lurker whose opinion matters IMHO.

Things will get better, I'm sure of it.

I disagree with you about banning me from the board because of what I "did" to Cali. He expressed his opinion about me, and I, in response to his comment, expressed an opinion about him.

I had a conversation with someone who frequently posts on this board last night. He made a good point. He said that it is a good thing Cali and I are on opposing sides (not seeing eye to eye). If we weren't, our tones/expression would cause chaos on this board. (not literally)

If Cali and I put our thoughts together, many people would run away from notrot screaming and crying. (Again, not literally). So the fact we dislike each other is great!

The forces are balanced here, in my opinion. I don't think anyone should be thrown off a public forum unless if they cause a major disturbance or post harsh comments in every message they leave. I urge those that don't like me to ignore my messages. And for those that overlook my using four or five different screen names (aka sockpuppets) a year ago, thank you very much!

I stand to be corrected, I have posted on this board before, not always been a lurker, I just don't post that often, this is a great board and as I've said I have learnd so much from the helpful people here, it just seems lately there is alot of info that is of topic and I'm not referring to Charm's OT, I love her Friday jokes, I always get a laugh from them. Keep them up Charm we all need a laugh especially in this biz!
