I've done quite a few jobs for them. They may be a pain sometimes I will work for them again. They met my fee each time and I have always received my checks very quickly.

You couldn't pay me enough

They're cheap, they'll call you every single step of the way (did you get the assignment, did you call the borrower, did you get the docs, did you print the docs, are you on your way, are you there yet, are you done yet, did you ship the docs, did you wash behind your ears?), and they have a buttload of faxbacks.
