tyme2sign??? Anyone ever heard of them?
I received a call tonight from this company about a signing. First off, the guy was eating lunch and trying to talk on the phone, (I know this because he told me so) which could be understandable knowing how busy we get at times. I do have to give him points for appologizing for this as well. But he never introduced himself, his company or why he was caling. He started in with borrowers name, date, and docs are coming by email then quoted me a price. Before I realized what was going on, I was off the phone and had committed to a signing for a lot less than I normally would have done it for. Has anyone ever heard of this company and what kind of experiences are out there? I searched and came up empty on NotRot. Their web page says "Coming Soon". Not finding any info on them at all. Anyone else out there ever heard of them?

Tyme 2 Sign (WWW.Tyme2Sign.Com)
On Friday the 24th of March I accepted an edoc signing for Monday the 27th. The fee was within my normal range. Everything seemed OK.
The edocs were supposed to arrive ~2:00 PM for a 5:00 PM signing. The 1st of 2 emails arrived at 4:00, 2 of 2 arrived ~5:15. (No HUD, by the way!) Long story short: Too many errors on the docs; borrowers refused to sign after looking at the first pape of the first doc and then hearing that there was no HUD.
I'm waiting for the re-signing appointment. I was told it would be mine, and would probably be today (Wednesday the 29th).
I'm ***NOT*** blaming Tyme 2 Sign for the bad docs or the late delivery! We all know what happens, and that signing services have zero control over the drawers of docs. So far, I have a good feeling about James (JJ) and Tyme 2 Sign. I'll post more when I have more data....
