I just read the night's posts. Ray Childress, please stop your silly and juvenile nonsense here, this is not an aol chat room for 14 year olds and you are really bringing this forum to the point of ridiculous. There are many companies that read this board and you are posting, supposedly with your real name. Keep it up and you'll be done before you get started, they will remember you as a loon. Yes you are right there are Companies that read this board and look for Notaries cheap. There are several on here that read this board and know me well enough to know the POST HERE and In person is 2 diffrent things.
As to the others.. I had 8 calls yesterday .... 3 diffrent SS companies wanted me to do a REFI loan for $40.
I certainly thought the Post of Movie reviews was PROFESIONAL and Oh how about the IM BORED. I certainly under stand the polite OT post about sick distressed notaries, i think a certain amount of that is very professional caring for your fellow notary. As well as the Lady the other day with a Son in the war. <by the way as I understand he is fine !!>

There is some really good content comes from this board. And some very polite professionals sharing input, then again look over the last 2 weeks... there is also alot of DEAD MONITOR INK waisted on there as well.

By the way, my post about SS companies .... the several I work with no one ever comes in here asking about them or commenting on their pay performance good or bad.
In gest, and maybe I went about it wrong, was poking fun at the SS hammer mill that some people have produced "Thank you good ole Internet" One even boast $2500.00 they will make you a notary, set you site up and help you get connected with up to a dozen title companies producing immediate results!!
Just like my post, people in this industry need to get a grip on things, or we are all gonna be doing signings for $30 each.
I posted that thread, wanting an honest personal professional input. Not to start a SPAM,THEAD WAR. Ill bet you there were at least 10 saw that and were affraid to put thier thoughts on it simply because they fear, as you said NEGATIVE REACTION.
I believe Cal-notary made a point the other day on a thread, If not him another ... my appologies if I am wrong.
In the freight business BROKERS have to be Insured and carry bond on file to take freight and arrange for trucks to pull these loads. If that Broker refuses payment, a lawyer is not needed you file a report, an almost immediate determination to its merit is made, they have X number of days to pay or thier Authority to broker is REVOKED and the payment is filed against thier bond. Now a Shipper such as Walmart ect . If they refuse to pay, its the Brokers job to go after them by any means nessasary to recover the moneies owed.
In this business, the only thing holding some of these companies to thier "AGREEMENT" is thier reputation, pretty much based on RUMOR BOARDS very much like this one, and a few with BBB or DnB.
Its sad ... but face it, its the truth. As you start looking into some of these SS thier not even valid companies.

More so mine is one of "YOUR COMPANY" and whom you deal with.
If some of these people did some deep research on some of these companies they are dealing with, they would probably go in shock!
