AMS.....revisited

Confirmed a closing with them for tomorrow night. On the confirmation, it states that they pay $55 for email docs (I got way more for this closing) and $40 for a trip fee if the borrower refuses to sign. I think I will pass on this one now.

I turned them down today too. They would not meet my fee. I used to like to work with them; nice gals, straight forward IndyMac loans and well informed borrowers. Too bad, isn't it?
