Accurate Notary Signings?

Listed in Notary Beware, but no votes on what they are like. . .nothing comes up on a search here either. Anyone know anything about them? They are out of Jacksonville, Fl.

There is an Accurate out of the Tampa area that I won't work for again. I was not paid for a 2nd trip and they shorted the recording check .10. I had to make up the shortage and was told I would be reimbursed. I was not. I don't work for people that lie, I don't care if it is over .10 and a 2nd trip to the recording office or not. I'm willing to bet that this little chickie won't last long. JMHO.

If the principle is Lori Johnson, run away, as fast as you can. I had to get a collection agency get my money. If this is not the same person/business, ignore the post. I have no other info.

yes..I agree with Rick...RUN!!! She has no clue how to handle her money...she either doesnt pay you or she over pays you by accident. Its like the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. And she is definitly good in avoiding you muchless ignoring your calls, invoices.

It took us threatening her to take her to court and sueing her before we saw our check and by Fed Express too. We had to reason her, which would be more affordable, the $100 payment or hundreds of dollars in court fees. She also has a business in California too that is run by her ex-husband or best friend. I have a friend that is a REA and I had her look up her Jacksonville location and she is supposely in a "business" area. If she is using a PO box now...its cuz she is trying to "hide" so she does not get those subponeas (sp?) ...lol....

u know the saying.... U can run but you cant hide?!

This is the one that wanted me to send a recent photo of myself with the rest of the required documents. I don't think I'm going to sign up with them. . .that picture thing bugs me. As someone pointed out yesterday, it is an illegal practice. Not only that, but (pardon me if I sound a little paranoid) there are a lot of weirdo's out there. I don't want some nut looking at my picture! I understand that they want a professional appearance, but how is a picture of me going to determine that? I could send a picture where I look completely normal, but really have pink hair a tatoos from head to toe!
