My experience was not good. Last minute call, took it. Print 200+ pages of docs, drive 1 1/2 hours 1 way. Get there and start signing, the borrower says the interest rate is wrong and they won't complete the signing. Try to call all #'s I have, the borrower does the same. Spent about an hour total with the papers that did get signed and trying to resolve. Have them fill out form stating why they won't sign. AL Closings sends me $50. I drove 3 hours, printed 200+ pages, 1 hr. at borrowers and they think $50 is ok. NOT. I could have completed the closing in 1 hour so I felt they owed me the total fee as my investment in this closing was complete. This is just for your heads up, I got burned, I hope you don't.
