Articulate Notary Services
I recall some posting asking about them, but couldn't find it on a search. Just wanted to update, letting you know I provided a loan signing service to them on 4/10/06 and the check was received today, 5/1, and cut on 4/25 for the agreed upon (and reasonable) fee. Thank you ANS! We appreciate you!

My experience has been a bit different
Did a signing on 3/17, have yet to receive payment. I called last Tuesday and was told that he had the check right there and would put it in the mail the next day. If I don't have it by tomorrrow I'll have to call again, and any company that I have to call more than once to get payment from is an automatic NO in the future.
As for his fees, I dont' think they're that great. He's getting $250 a pop for countrywide loans, yet is only willing to pay a max of $110, and these are edoc loans with a bunch of faxbacks, split packages, and copies that need to be made. I got $130 for the 1 signing I did but that was because I called him after I got the confirmation and upped my fee due to all the extra work. He approved it for that signing, but when he called me for another signing he wasn't willing to go above $110.
He had told me he could have a lot of work for me, but he wasn't willing to meet my fees and I wasn't willing to come down to his. It didn't seem like enough for the extra headaches involved with the signing, and now that it's 6 weeks later and I still have yet to be paid I think I definitely made the right call!

I've only done a few signings for him, but he has always paid the agreed upon fee and in less than 3 weeks. I appreciate companies that pay sooner than later. We do the job, we should be paid in a timely manner. I don't think we should have to chase our money down. We do the job....pay us on time. Brad's been great to work for in that area for me.
