Chrstine Landeros in Tulare, CA

Has anyone had contact with or met this notary? She did a signing for our company on May 4th and still today the docs have not come back to title and are not tracking. She says she dropped them off, but she is unwilling to assist in helping to find them. Does anyone know of her reputation?

Just exactly what do you expect her to do?

From your post I'm gathering that she conducted the signing, and dropped the package. Did she give you the tracking number and tell you which drop slot she used? If so what is it that you expect her to do? Who tracked the package? Who has called the shipper? What did the shipper say? The package wont be located any faster if it's being tracked by more than one person. She can't get out a flashlight and fingerprint kit to help in the investigation. To come in here and question her reputation isn't just jumping the gun it's taking an uneccesary hurdle over the Grand Canyon. In other words it's out of line. The loosing of the package isn't her mistake. I understand it's a frustrating situation but to take it out on the notary is not professional.

That's too generic

Mobile Signing Service is too generic. Where are you located? Post your profile. Stand by your coments and show who you are.

To MSS...

I know who you guys are. The name is Mobile Signing Service in Ontario right?

Not that you want my opion but since you posted I'm going to give it to you anyway. Other than payment issues... you really won't find many of us bashing companies BY NAME. I have been mistreated, asked to backdate, lied to, and generally disrespected by MANY signing services in the time that I have been doing this. I have also put up with poor business management, poor customer service, poor job direction, and poor manners in general by Signing Services and even some Title Companies. That doesn't mean I'm going to list them here every time one of them says or does something that I don't like. Even though you might be completely innocent in this instance and she may have royally screwed you over... posting this way isn't very professional.

Here is my 2 cents on your missing package...

Fridays are hard for me... and although I don't know where your notary was located... I see this scenario quite a bit. Signing is on Friday either late in the day or I have appointments after it and cannot take two hours to drive back and forth to FEDEX especially if someone wants those sweet little faxbacks. If I drop it at FEDEX in the box on Friday night it won't be picked up until Monday and if I get it sent out on Saturday I have to drive 40 minutes one way to the depot on a special trip. So what do I do? I give you the option of paying me a $25 Sat drop fee (which is cheap in my book considering that it is my day with the kids and gas is over $3/gallon) or I can stick it in the box on Friday night and it goes out Monday and you get it Tuesday. Based on the fact that she is avoiding you... if I were a betting girl I'd say your package will be there at some point today. When you get it... track it and I bet it was picked up from a box yesterday.

Somebody shoot me...

The 4th was Thursday... sorry. Please ignore the Friday scenario.

I stand by the opinion of your post... but as far as the package goes... you might want to start damage control procedures and get the docs re-printed and schedule a re-sign if you can.

Re: To MSS...

I believe this MSS belong to Rochelle out from Roseville/CA (IP checked). I have pleasantly dealt with both MSS and this must be something beyon my imagination as it has always been total professional and respect on my end.

No offense...well sort of no offense

but the point remains...the original post was meant to totally bash a notary that doesn't have a voice here!

It's all well and good to noodle "who is this SS?" but where's the support for the NAMED notary who is being very much bashed on this site...a notary site, I might add.

I'm surprised at this, very surprised. A lady named Christine, on a notary board (not a SS board) has had her name dragged thru the mud by a SS and all these posts are meandering questions about the SS. What about the notary? Isn't the original post's intent about as clear as water?

I'm just very disappointed and hope Christine doesn't read this board. She'd be very disappointed in her fellow notaries, and highly ticked off at the SS to post her name.

Damn. Remind me to regularly check this site to see if my name is here and I don't get support.

Re: No offense...well sort of no offense

The point of my meandering questions was to find out exactly who this anon poster was. I think it is a good thing to know which companies out there will take these measures and in my expereince... a 'Who the F*&% is this?' will probably not get an answer.

I don't condone this kind of posting... as I stated in my reply. With exception to payment issues... most of us cite experiences... we don't name names.

As to the defense of this woman... I don't know her so I can't really defend her except to say that the post itself was very unprofessional... which I did say. I was kind of hoping that Christine WOULD get on here and post a reply.

And to your question... isn't it as clear as water? The answer is YES, IT IS. It is sneaky, mean spirited and manipulative and I'm glad I know that this company works like this. Their true colors are shining bright.

So far on my list... there are three SS 'name namers' that I have come across so far. I already forgot the people they complained about but I won't forget their names.

Well, good for you Angelina

As to your comments on the meandering part, well okay, but - I just didn't get it, sorry.

"Anonymous" IMO is not worth posting about - yet in this situation, because they claimed to be a SS, the board was tolerating it, an anon SS bashing a notary. Not okay, in my opinion. And not okay, for the notary, who obviously isn't here to defend herself.

Anyone can come here and spread garbage about companies. If the garbage has to do with a SS, and it's a pattern, that is why we are here. To share and to glean information, and be able to make our best judgments.

But to post a specific notary's name by a signing service is just BS, and I will speak up every time, when an anonymous SS names a notary so personally. I find it very insulting.

Mobile SS can just go mobile and peddle away, IMO. Find your own board MSS. This one is for notaries, and I hope Christine shows up here - regardless, your personal comments aren't welcome so shove off.

Ange, your comment "sneaky, mean spirited and manipulative" are right on. To the original cowardly poster, go away. And I would hope I'm not the only lone voice supporting the one who's being attacked.

Re: No offense...well sort of no offense

I just thought it best to ignore the original poster altogether - not dignify it with a response. Especially since she is looking for "Chrstine". Love that attention to detail...

Isn't it enough that she won't assist you, for you to form an opinion? You aren't at all concerned with her reputation, other than bashing it on this board for other SS's to see.

Why don't you just come out and bash her outright? It would be far less sneaky.
