DockMaster anyone? Opening a .BLK file
The email has no link for the print utility, just instructions.

I've googled and downloaded, but it still won't open. I've checked all the great Notary websites for a link and have not found one. The lender is encore credit.
Anyone?

Becca, I had a signing couple nights back that was thru Doc Masters which also never brought anything up. I tried twice to open, no good so I called my LO who went & checked, got back on the phone & said they would just send e-doc's direct. Never did find out what the problem was but it may be they're having "system problems". I've never had trouble downloading before.

I have DocMagic installed, but...
the file is a DocMaster file not a DocMagic/DessertDocs file.

(I had 3.0) and got the doc to open and print, but two error msgs appeared? It seems to be printing fine, though. Nope...the Note fill-ins don't line up. I'll wait till Title opens in CA.

DocMaster is the program to print DocMagic (.blk) files.
This is from their web site. http://www.docmagic.com
DocMaster is available for download to meet two specific installation requirements. To view, print or email a set of documents (*.blk) and you do not have DocMagic installed, you will need to download the Complete Install of DocMaster. If you are a current DocMagic user and would like to download and update your current version of DocMaster, you will need to download the DocMaster Download Update.
If you require any assistance with the installation or setup of DocMagic, please call our Customer Setup Department at (800) 649-1362.
I have had to download & re-install after changing or up-dating my print driver.
