Error signing note - Having senior moment

Borrower made an error on the date of the note. He did crossout, correct and initial. I am having a bit of a brain fart....do I initial as well?

Most of the notes I sign does not have date, but if ]this one has, the borrowers are the only one
that needs to cross,correct and initial. You can cross correct and intitial only in your notary certificates.
