Why is this important?
Anybody who has spent any amount of time at all on this board should already know not to work for SOX. They haven't affected my life at all because I've never been stupid or greedy enough to give them the benefit of the doubt when it's been crystal clear for years how they operate.
That you would write them off as bad debt after not being able to collect from them, then accept 2 more signings from them after that is a reflection on your own poor business practices.
