already! I did have more offers for this week, but only 3 worth accepting! I had a call for tomorrow that was a 1st & 2nd, email for $120. PULL-EEZE! Lots of other low balls w/30 pages of fax backs, etc...no thanks...I'll have a nice dinner w/the family instead!

Busy month:
as of the close of business yesterday, I have 18 deals put to bed. I usually go for 30+ per month and it looks as though I'll make it this month. Got my fingers crossed and my cell phone charged!
