Experienced my first Reverse Mortgage signing!

Thank you Brenda and Cntrlcalntry. (Mung too for the lead).

The docs arrived right before my appointment so I didn't see them until I was there with the borrower. Did forget that the note does not list the loan amount. Will study up more but things were okay. The borrower was very savvy and had been a realtor for 30 yrs.

Definetely ( okay too lazy to check sp .) recommend Brenda's book of RM notes if you are new to them.

Thank you, Jenny/C - that note is a tough curve ball on your first rev mort.

Had a call from a Tx notary yesterday and I asked him what he thought about rev morts...he did not care for the double notes / DOTs. I told him I could explain that for him but was not in my office, to write me. If you are reading this new friend, don't forget I told you to drop me a line and I'll help you out with that.
