Hard Work & Dedication
After 6 1/2 yrs. as a signing agent, I have FINALLY been asked by one of my local banks to start doing in-house commerical loan closings for a fantastic fee. What prompted them to call me was over 5 yrs. experience in this business.
Yepper.. there have been times when I thought I might want to "throw in the towel" and quit being a signing agent (when times got slow), but I see now by hangin' in there, my time has been well spent and I am beginning to see the fruits of my labor.
So for all of you newbies and old timers, hang in there! And good luck... it really does pay to hang tough.
