Caller #2: Oh, I thought you were a different notary. I will see
if we can work that time out.
Later:
Caller #3: I understand you are available at _____ on _____.
If this works out, what is your fee for o/n docs?
Me: My fee is xxx for o/n docs.
Caller # 3: ooh, we can only pay $40. Let me see if I can get that approved.
I'll call you back.
END OF ALL CONTACT!!! Can you imagine that! They never called me back. The nerve!

We've been very lucky...until today the sun was shining and in the 70's. Our county is the only one in the state that does not have flood warnings. Today we are having a little rain off and on, but nothing major yet. But it sounds like you are getting hit. I know my Mom is where she is.

Hey I know the feeling. Between yesterday and today I got 4 calls from the same SS asking me if I was available for a closing. The borrower is closing on 2 separate properties so in my book that is 2 different loans. They want to pay $75.00 for both loans with e-docs!!!!!!

Does my name say K-Mart in front of it???????????
