I agreed to a $100 edoc signing...
only because it was 1.1 miles from me and it's a small Citi Financial (38pages) HELOC. The scheduler was very persuasive and convincing. This is a new to me company that sent a nice welcome letter with their policies stated. I think $100 is a fair fee for this one even though I don't recomend accepting $100 for edoc signings.
What do y'all think?

I have done work for Citi Heloc's. It took me about 20 min. I would take all I can get from them. b.

Sounds about right to me
It's so close and so small, the only negative would be if the terms were wrong...but that's usually not the case with Citi Financial. That's usually the fee I accept for these small loans in my neighborhood.

I accepted $50 edoc yesterday from SS
For a QCD <1 mile down the street. Funny thing is I did this signing for the same borrowers few days ago through a different SS.

I've done them also...they are small and reasonabel...like ING is.
i just don't understand why all these lenders/TC can't be consistent...some have like a book to sign while others have these tiny little bits to sign.
I understand some are Helocs...but still...those who are just refinancing....i wish they all would be consistent on pages and types of forms. ....lol (sigh).... lol

$100 with edocs is about the standard for my area.
