I have a problem with Band of America Bainstall
I got the print utility installed but when I try to open the documents it say "imput file not found" Is there something I should be doing?

It is not you, it is their software. It installs to the wrong directory. It should install to the BofA dir, but instead, bainstall.exe is in your c:\windows dir. When you get that message, it should ask you if you want to use a certain program to open it, click in yes, and browse for the program in your c:\windows dir. It should work fine after that.

I just like computers. The 2 I have at home, I built myself.

I've got three. Two of them generally never have their little shirts on...unless company's coming over. I dress them before anyone sees them naked. I have not built one yet, but it's a goal.

I still couldn't get the file opened. It wasn't in my c:/ directory and wouldn't allow me to do anything with the file after it said "no input for file."
Thank you for the help! I really appreciate it. I had been offered 2 signings today for 2 different companies and both had this Bainstall. I've done over 1000 edoc signings and this is the 1st one for Bainstall.
Oh Well I'm sitting here waiting on edocs for a signing tonight; bet that a surprise to everyone!
Great EOM to everyone!!

Ok....I forgot they updated a few months ago. Look for BAprint.exe in your C:/windows dir.

Joan, See post #49531 It is the BAprint utility that you
need to create a file association with. Generally it installs in your Windows folder, but sometimes it goes to the Winnt folder. Hope that helps.
