1) Charge what the market will bear 2) Put it up for auction on fleabay!

I used to do investment analysis as a Real Estate Broker, Brenda. A general rule of thumb is annual post-tax revenue (not profit!!) generated by said busines multiplied by 4. This is if you're selling the actual BUSINESS associated with the website, and not just the URL. (can't help you if that's the case) Hope that helps  Lisa

Hi Brenda, I believe if you do a google search you'll find some info. Also, you can try GoDaddy.Com. They have a link to sell websites, I'm not sure if it's just for their customers or if you can access it. And you might want to try the following link too.
