It's Official: I'm out of NREIS system

They keep calling for those lousy $90.00 edoc assignments, and I keep turning them down. I absolutely refuse to drop my fees like this. And they were also asking me to send over my TPL documentation again. I just cannot understand how anyone in MD can be licensed AND do edocs for $90.00. They are out of their minds. With business slowing down in general, title companies should be starting to avoid the middle man and go more direct to SA's if they want to save money, yet there are always new, small signing services opening up every day thinking they're going to make a bigger buck. This just makes no market sense to me. When will the non-sense stop?!

Nations Direct. $40 signings and $60 edocs. I tell them no, they keep calling and calling and calling. Every now and then they get in a bind and meet my price, but they just keep calling and calling and calling.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one in MD who feels this way about NREIS. And as for Nations Direct. They're the idiots who once told me they didn't need a LTP just a regular notary!
