Since my original closing with borrowers. Did their first refi, went back and did another refi 15 months later and they advised me they were planning on redoing the paper work in 6 - 8 months since there was going to be a better rate for them at that time and asked if it would alright with me if they requested I return again. Some people are just soooooo nice.
