JG WENTWORTH UPDATE
I filed a claim with the BBB last week and this afternoon rec'd a return call from JG Wentworth's Sr. Vice President of Corporate Complaints. I missed the call so I will be hooking up with him sometime tomorrow, but those of you who are still on the "screwed" list, I urge you to file a BBB complaint-- every little bit can only help!!! Kate

I haven't gotten paid yet. . .
I am interested to see how this could play out though. Jessi and Sylvia and others that are owed $$ by JGW, my suggestion would be the BBB's website. You can file a complaint right online and when I talk to the SVP tomorrow, I am going to mention that there are several others that have yet to be paid. Kate

You mean several HUNDRED and probably THOUSANDS of other notaries who have not been paid. This guy will probably be like Ken Lay of Enron fame and was too busy being an executive to know what was going on in the company.

I just got off the phone with Walt Bednarchik. THEY'RE FEDEX-ING MY CHECK!!! WOO-HOO!!!!!
I mentioned several other notaries that have not been paid and he (somewhat rudely) said that if you still have a valid invoice for the services rendered, you can contact him.
Walt's information:
Walt Bednarchik J.G. Wentworth, Sr. Vice President, Corporate Complaints (800) 454-9368 x2328
Good Luck, If I can help in any way, email or call me! Kate

I also did 2 jobs for JG Wentworth in N.J., hired from the firm in PA. I never got paid and I did contact them. They told me they do not hire Notaries and its the borrowers responsibility to pay you . I then Filed a complaint with their BBB and ours in N.J. It got me no where.I was fortunate to have a Lawyer in my family. I filed the proper charges against them and was finally paid. I would avoid them. I will never take work from them and I know to never use their services or allow any one I know to use them. I once did a job for Lump Sum Capital and they pay.
