Last day to sign for funding in May
My 9 AM wouldn't answer the door or phone this AM.
My noon appt. just cancelled.
Here we go again!
I had 6 scheduled so far, down to 4, I wonder how many I will actually see today?
Anyone else having similar issues today?

I confirmed a 6:00pm for last night (last minute of course) with the brws @4:00pm after I was called by the SS. Mr and Mrs Brwr. sounded fine when I spoke w/ them . I drove 55 miles to their home......called while en route to reconfirm directions.....everything still fine. I get there and they are not home and have cell phones turned off. If they dont want to proceed w/ a refi why not just be honest? They cost me a few hundred $$$ last night. I had two others call for closings w/in 15 miles of my home but I couldnt take them because I had already obligated myself to the SS @4:00pm for the long distance signing. Sorry for venting but this kind of crap is just unbelievable to me. I'm sure now I will have to battle w/ the SS for the trip fee. Makes you want to take every job you get calls for and then just pick and choose at the last minute for whichever is most lucrative for you and cancel out on the others. How many times do they book us knowing that docs may not be available but want someone ready to go just in case with no regard to the income that you lose by turning down other appointments. Ok I feel better now....sorry for ranting but its too early to fire up the blender and make a margarita.

Here too.
...this is the worst EOM in my 6 year history. I had 2 scheduled for today, and it doesnt look like countrywide will get the docs to me on time for my 2nd one. When I called to confirm with borrower, borrower had expressed how dissapointed she has been with countrywide.
My entire week has been like this.
