had a closing scheduled with these folks last night at 7. got call at 5:30 that it was postponed until tonight at 7. the borrower had already called me early in the day to tell me it was canceled, so fortunately i already knew and was able to accept another closing. tonight, no call, no docs, escrow officers gone, they gave me a voicemail, scheduler said it must be canceled, and i lost 2 other closings offers. in looking through my journal, i have had 2 others from them, one last minute cancel, and the other a 55 day pay. nice. grrrrrrrrrr

Sadly I think we can see a pattern with some companies and how they operate, perhaps with this company you may want to move them to the bottom of the list....take their work order on a slow day.

This company did this to me two or three times and all were at the end of the month and I also passed on several others before finding out it was cancelled. And the loans were never rescheduled with me so I think something is fishy, maybe tring to find someone cheaper. I will not accept anymore from this company.

it is just the height of disrespect to the notary to not even bother to with a cancel call, while i have to try and chase documents at the last minute, and here there arent any.

I do work for MIS in three different divisions. They pay in 15 days. They have split packages but pay pretty good for it. They are one of my better payers who haven't tried to negotiate a reduction in price. I wonder what division you are getting work from.
