I can only tell you what worked for me and that was calling everyday. At one point they tried to tell me that the copy of the docs that they require we send back, they had not received but I had a tracking number so they couldn't pull that on me. I finally talked to the owner and told him I wanted to be paid or I was going to use legal means to get my money. I received the monies that were due me and I've never worked for them since.
Recently the owner called me and tried to talk me into doing a closing for them. I politely refused and told him my reasons why.
Keep calling and faxing your invoice everyday. Call Bob Murphy I think his name is and demand your money. Good Luck
