How is NREIS been lately on paying? Anyone having any problems with them?

A little slow in paying (got paid yesterday for one I did 3/23) but at least they ARE paying and I have no problem getting them to meet my fees. Plus all their recent requeswts have been fairly local (within 10 mile radius).

yeah this one was a block from where I live. Just want to be sure. Seems slow when they pay for searches. I work for the attorney that does their title searchs for my county and they pay slow for that.

NREIS and IREP - famous for their "fax blasts". But, they failed to do a fax blast when they changed procedures on invoicing. You have to fax your signing invoice to 877-298-4434. Not sure where the title search invoices go to.

I had 3 months outstanding. A couple of weeks after faxing on the next payment cycle, I got a huge 3 month check. Haven't done much for them lately.

So far they have been paying in 2 weeks also. I do a couple of companies that don't pay as well but pay every 2 weeks and keep my busy.

I generally get paid within 30 days. They have been wonderful to work with. Always accepts my fees.

I have had to call about payment on every closing, and then I finally get a check after the next payout date...either the 15th or 30th. A supervisor that I spoke to said in the future to send them an invoice, which I never had to do before.
