New to this site

I am new to this site. When you first joined did you find that you got a lot of business from the basic service? and if so how long did it take for you to join?

I joined immediately. Got a signing in two weeks. But that was two years ago.

Brenda thanks for your help on the signings. I need to make sure to ask if these loans are HQ. I find a lot of these SS are telling me refinance, but it is a cash-out which is really a HQ.

Also, I am from a small town in Texas, but have access to other counties that are bigger. The driving expense is going to hurt me, I think. Does all your business come from the ss services you have registered with or whoelse?? How many signings do you average now on an average?

If you have seen the docs on cash outs you know the real truth is stated in them...they state where they must be closed.

Re: New to this site - Anon in Texas...

You'll find when you start digging in here that it is unlikely for another person to reveal their sources of work through a forum. It's such a competitive business. That is why I have started putting a price on specifics I share.

Re: New to this site - Anon in Texas...

BTW - if you are in East, east Texas, I would be interested in knowing more about you. Your IP shows your point of connecting is in Orange. Like I said in a prev. thread, before I can go into a lot with you I want to know more about you.

You'll find some on this site are very forthcoming with information. I am reserved where my competition is concerned. However, I have revealed a great deal in this forum. Search for my posts.

BTW #2 - Hopefully you have your notary rules down cold and know how to present docs. A title company EO has recently told me that inside signings or sign ups are a horse of a different color as far as what you need to know out in the field. I do not know, just passing along.

Destiny...where are you in WA? n/m

disregard previous post...I answered my own question, but...

Considering there are so many notaries listed in your area with basic memberships, I would think about going premier. With a premier membership, it will bump you up on the list and you will get more calls. I found when searching for your profile, most zip codes didn't even pull up your name. You would be more likely to get more business, in your area, if you consider filling in your profile, as well. JMHO.

You will find many ideas on profile contents by clicking on the blue underlined "alias" that you find on others posts.

Just a recomendation...DON'T ask about profile opinions on here, You may open up a "can of worms" you don't want to touch. I am just going on experience here. Good luck to you!
Mindy

Re: Destiny...where are you in WA?

I get calls to go out there all time. I keep telling my companies that I'm no where near there.
