Non-payment issues
I am a very professional, full-time notary signing agent, who has been in this profession for almost three years. Seldom have I run into "non-payment for services" issues. However, one company I have done quite a bit of work for, has proven to be delinquent in re-imbursement for services: United Notaries.com I have notified National Notary Association and now, you, other signers. It should not be this difficult to receive payment for signings! PLEASE BEWARE OF DOING WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!

Lenders First Choice is on my delinquent list too
They had the audacity to call me to accept another one (1 not pd. from Feb and 1 not pd. from March) and thanked me when I told them why. They would not forward me to the vendor management dept., and I am beginning to question their (formerly good) business ethics.

Just got another call for the same closing, different
scheduler. Sorry, NO. She says she'll forward to Vendor Management (Claire?) I know I am a hard ass about it, but $250 for 60 to over 90 days, numerous phone calls to resolve, w/o response is more than irritating. $250 will pay my electric this month, or a down payment on a divorce attorney. My husband is as sick of waiting on SS-type payment policies/problems as I am, if not more. After almost 3 years of accepting assignments, this is the first time I have had any problems with them, but as we know, that is usually a red flag that something has changed. I hope not, but you never can tell anymore.

Lainey handles all accounting for LFC. All offices. I've never had an issue but did have an invoice not get put through... It wasn't for a loan, just a quick page. I called and had my check immediately.

Re: Lenders First Choice is on my delinquent list too
This doesn't sound like you're dealing with same SS everyone else including myself have dealt with. Is it possible someone else is contacting you for signings and using Lender's First Choice as bogus name? Good luck on Monday, but I'd be verifying by cell # who called you for those appts in Feb & March. I always keep a manilla folder of each SS/Title Co. w/copy of e-mail and a list of ph#s they used to contact me & # I called back verifying completion of the signing, so if I run into problems like this I know where to call back. I just did a signing for them at end of April & rec'd my check this past Monday. Either they have lost your paperwork or something's terribly wrong.

Hello,
If you ever have a payment issues, a delay in payment or if you would like to check on your payment, please feel free to call our office. Here is the number to the Simi Valley office: 800-803-2658. Frisco Office: 866-775-3377. Ask for Accounting for Vendor Payments. It will help direct you to the correct accounting department. If by chance you do not get through, feel free to call me or email me directly: 214-618-5069; [e-mail address]. I am more then happy to help you out. Any scheduling supervisor from any of our offices will also help you out.
LFC usually pays within 2 weeks after the file has funded. When the borrower gets funded, the vendors' payment also kicks out. Please at least give it a good 2 weeks to receive your payment.
Hopefully this helps you out in receiving your payments promptly.
Sincerely, Amanda Cumberland Frisco Scheduling Supervisor
