Notaries To You Good Company

Just want to put in a plug for this company out of Rancho Murieta. I did a signing for them on 5-15 and got the check today 5-17! No hassles, no hand holding, met my fee and paid super fast! Gotta love it!

Be careful...

I used to think that, too, until they asked me to notarize a PUD to the DOT a week after the fact, without going back to the borrower, because the lender later requested it. (No indication for notarization on that doc.) Implication was to back date, since the dates have to match. When I told them no can do, they pitched a fit, even threatened to go after my E&O! I checked twice with the SOS just to make sure, and later with my attorney, too. All told me I was doing the right thing. Haven't heard from them again - and haven't been paid for the trip I properly completed, either!! (That was on 3/1!)

I say watch out too. My story is to long to relate on the board but they will harass you if
title company or lender wants something additional that they are not entitled to, I guess they never take our side. I told the owner I was finished taking any work from them, she argued with me about that, like I was really giving up something good.

That's good information to keep in mind. If it comes to that, the hxxx with them, I won't compromise on illegal acts.

I have worked for them in the past. However, the last call I received from her was for a signing 40 miles away. When I quoted my fee for that area, she became angry. She informed me that "my state of the art equipment says it is 12 miles", and actually argued with me on the distance.

They pay very fast, one time they pay me before the RTC period. But also one time they offered me
85 dollars for a reverse mortgage and with e docs, and in a weekend. I told them, to find someone
else. I work on Sat, and Sun but at a higher price.
