Notaries on the Run

I got a call yesterday from Brittani to do a signing last night. She agreed to my fees and said the e-docs were coming in about an hour (this was 10:30am). By 6:00pm I called to find out what the deal was, emailed, no replies. It is now 2:30 the next day and still no word. I just think that is weird.

I don't know anything about this company specifically, but it is a well known fact that some SS will drop you like a hot potato if they can find someone cheaper.
Some are also known to not notify agents if the appt. has been canceled or r/s.
