Nudity at a signing....

Just reading below the thread of "naked man", i"m curious as to how many people have encountered Nudity at a signing? I've had more than a few, all female. Only 2-3 that I actually might have been pleased with hehe.

The worst & Best, a very very attractive young lady....and her husband.... answer the door. She is about 24, super athletic, long blonde hair....and wearing a paris hilton type skirt, and a button down mens shirt.....except its not buttoned, and she's not wearing a bra.

We get to the table, and it gets worse/better. Its a glass table, and she is sitting across from me, however; her paris hilton type skirt is clearly not long enough, as if you look at the table, you see a lot more than the docs... no underwear. Not to mention the table is lower so you have to lean over to sign, and she's leaned over, and the unbuttoned shirt is not doing anything to help her hold things back.... So, I completely focus on the husband, talking directly to him, I look at the docs, I look at the husband, I look at the docs, etc....5 pages go by, and the wife reaches over, and physically moves my head to look at her, and says "He knows nothing about this, he's just here to sign, talk to me"....

So she has a fair amount of questions, signing takes a good hour, which i'm loving, and feeling tortured at the same time. At the end of signing, she gives referrals for the LO, then calls the LO, and lets him know how happy they were with the loan.

I then leave, call the LO with the referrals, and get "Did she sign naked? Her and her husband are swingers" Long story short, apparently they called the LO, and made him come out and take a paper app at a swingers bar.... and I got a great/horrible closing.

I kept waiting for a lawsuit, or a letter, or a complaint, but nothing. Exhibitionists (sp).... I've seen more than my share.

I'm not surprised Shane that she was working on your attention, you are a cutie. As I was reading your post I was thinking they must be swingers. Too funny. I'm here in Cal and I have never had anything like that. A lot of other strange stuff and smells.

I did do a signing at a ranch for the 'marlboro man' and sheesh... I had the air conditioning on high on the way home from that one. He was building a stable (he trains horses) and he had his shirt unbuttoned all the way down... shirttails hanging out... tan...lean muscles... lordy!!! We were signing outside (he was bossing his little workers around) and in the middle of the signing he reached over and brushed a leafy thing off my suit... ummmm... I just went right on with the signing but I sure was thinking... hey you've got a leafy thing right there (chest) and there (abs) and there... and there... and by the way... I think I have another leafy thing right here... and over here...

OK Shane... now you did it... where's my Angel Wings... I know they are here somewhere I just can't find them!

In my younger years, I spent 25 years as a hair stylist and when I would get a hot looking guy in my chair it was ever so hard to concentrate. I lived in the San Fernando Valley, CA, we are talking over 30 + years now and I used to do not big celebs but the gals that worked for Price Is Right, behind the scenes, stunt guys and I also had a wild crazy passion for cops....oh well getting way off target here. Anyway Angelina your description brought back all those exciting times....

The nudity I experienced was due to my opening my big mouth.

The borrower had tattoos everywhere I could see, but she had this vine tattoo going up, around, and into her ear.

I commented on it and the next thing I knew, she was disrobing to show me ALL of her tattoos. I about fell out of my chair.

What exactly is the etiquette for such a situation? -- throw dollar bills? -- or in my case, pennies?

Had a similar closing last fall: Lovely Saturday a.m. closing in a VERY posh neighborhood, working for my favorite Title Company, $nice$ signing, wonderful drive.
Good looking guy answers the door wearing his boxers and nothing else. And they weren't the kind of boxers that had the buttons on the fly, either! He reminded me of Simon Cowell on American Idol, right down to the British accent.
I asked if I was too early, he replies that I am right on time. He leads me to the kitchen, glass table of course, and begins signing the loan package while I am getting a full frontal view of HIS package. The wife appears (fully clothed) and he asks her to make us some tea. He was a talker, and wanted to drag this out over tea! Signing took 2 hours, all the while his Johnson was staring at me through the glass table.
Talk about a test of composure!

The closest I've come to nudity at that signing I did last year where the son/daughter doing the deed on the other side of the wall while mom/dad were signing. I couldn't see the nudity but from all of the "sounds" I could picture it!
