OT/ Microsoft Word help needed

I am creating an outline on microsoft word. When I print the document, the outline dissapears and is aligned to the left margin.

Help is greatly appreciated, for I have been trying to correct this for about 4 hours now.

BP, try hitting "format", then "bullets and numbering" then choose the tab that says "outline numbered". It should automatically do your outline as you type.
