Ohio notaries quick question

I have a signing appt. today in FL for a property located in OH.
Title is not in OH and is unaware of any special requirements.
From other posts regarding witness states I understand that no witnesses are required for recording mtg/deeds in OH.
Can you confirm this has not changed, and offer any information I may need to know in order for this to be a successful signing/recording?
